As Heal Your Life coaches & teachers, it’s important that we take time to come back to ourselves — to reflect, to refresh, and to reconnect with the heart of the work we do.

We’d love to invite you to join us for a Continued Professional Development for Teachers & Coaches on 10 February 2026, a live 2-hour online session created as a supportive space for certified coaches & teachers.

This workshop is about returning to the foundations, strengthening your confidence, and giving yourself time to reflect on your practice in a grounded, practical way.

Your Facilitators:

Eileen Clair is a deeply respected holistic health practitioner with over 40 years of experience supporting people in their healing and personal growth. Through her work at the Eileen Clair Holistic Centre, she has helped thousands to reconnect with themselves on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level.

As the sole authorised Heal Your Life® Coach and Teacher Trainer in Ireland and the UK, Eileen has spent the past 15 years mentoring people from around the world to bring Louise Hay’s transformative philosophy into their own communities. 

Sheelagh O’Neill is a wellness coach, Heal Your Life®️ mentor, yoga therapist, and breathwork specialist who brings warmth, insight, and deep compassion to her work with groups and individuals.

Together, they bring a unique blend of heart, humour, and healing to guide you on a journey of self-worth and inner peace.
