Meditation

Meditation groups are designed to specifically help you relax and reconnect with your inner self.

Meditation consists of an hour long class where you will be wrapped in a blanket, lying comfortably on a yoga mat. With some deep yoga breathing we let go of our worries and stress.

Focusing on the seven chakras, using simple Reiki techniques, sound healing and positive affirmations we gently allow calmness and inner peace into your life.

This truly is a treat to ones-self.
