We are delighted to announce our Love Your Life workshop online!
This workshop is based on the work of Louise Hay and will be focused on Healing any area of your life where stress, ill health or negative thoughts are preventing you from finding peace in your life. We will look at long held beliefs and find out which ones work for you and which to let go. This will be done with Eileen and Sheelagh’s usual mix of communication through conversation, visualisation, deep insights and fun. You will go away with the potential for a new outlook on life and an array of tools to help bring real change if you choose to use them.

Fundamental to Louise’s metaphysical philosophies and teaching is accepting that loving yourself is part of the solution, regardless of the part of your life you want to change. Come along to this interactive weekend workshop and enjoy learning simple yet powerful techniques you can use to help bring changes in your life. Learn the importance of letting go of thoughts and experiences that no longer serve you and how to use affirmations for change. You can expect the greater part of the weekend to focus on your thoughts, feelings and emotions so bring a journal and be ready for change!
Date: Saturday 8th and Sunday 9th of May
We will work to a specific schedule and the workshop is not recorded so attendance on both days is essential!
Sessions will run as follows on both days:
- 9.30am – 11.00am
- 11.30am – 1.00pm
- 2.15pm – 3.30pm
- 4.00pm – 5.00pm
