Japa Meditation

Japa is an ancient practice involving the repetition of a mantra whilst meditating.

In Sanskrit, the word ‘mantra’ translates as ‘a tool to shift the mind from one of activity, to one of silence’.

Reciting a mantra is the perfect way to clear the mind, whilst also allowing the meditator to feel the healing power and energy of a chant that is done in unison. Through the practice of Japa Meditation, the intention is to heal and find peace within. This form of meditation also improves health, reduces stress and brings about a calmer perspective on life.
