I am safe it’s only CHANGE, this is something we remind people at some of our workshops, and yet even simple changes can sometimes challenge us all.

I’m a big believer in the saying ‘how we do anything is how we do everything’, therefore if change challenges you, I suggest you start by modifying some of your daily routines as a gentle first step. For example, try to brush your teeth with your nondominant hand. It will feel effortful at first however after repeated use it quickly becomes more natural and soon becomes the norm.

Many times, routine behaviour governs the areas of our lives which are not working. Changing how we approach something can be the key to dissolving any blocks and allowing real freedom or healing in our lives.

I often think of the story of the man who knew he lived by the sea but had never walked its wonderful sandy beaches. Each day he stepped out his door, turned left and walked up the street. Each day he unknowingly walked away from the sea. Each day he valiantly searched in this direction but never found the sea. Each day the sea was just behind him all the time.

So, if you feel you have been walking the same street in life for too long and are open to change do join us for one of our workshops. Remember, you are safe, it’s only change.
