Cancellation Period:
- Cancellations made 22 days or more before the start date of the retreat will be eligible for a full refund, minus any applicable processing fees.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 21 days of the retreat start date.
Cancellation Process:
To request a cancellation, please send an email to enquiries@eileenclair.com with the subject line “Retreat Cancellation Request.” In your email, include your full name, booking reference number, and the reason for cancellation.
Refund Processing:
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days from the date of the cancellation request.
Transfer Policy:
In some cases, we may allow participants to transfer their reservation to another date. Please contact us at enquiries@eileenclair.com for more information on the transfer process.
Force Majeure:
Please note that in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as illness, natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, lack of attendance we reserve the right to modify or cancel the retreat. In such cases, we will make every effort to provide an alternative date or refund your payment.
